These guidelines apply to profiles, projects, teams, opportunities, requests, and every other contribution to NGN Network.
Respect consent
Do not pressure anyone to share contact details, move a conversation elsewhere, meet offline, join a team, or accept a public contributor credit.
Keep contact focused
Use collaboration and mentorship requests for a clear project, role, learning goal, or decision. Repeated unwanted contact, harassment, sexual content, threats, or exploitation are prohibited.
Represent work honestly
Credit contributors only after acceptance. Do not impersonate a person or organization, plagiarize work, invent credentials, or publish misleading opportunities.
Protect private information
Never post another person’s email, phone number, exact location, school, private account, age, or identifying documents without an appropriate lawful and informed reason.
Report concerns
Use the report control on the relevant record. Block an account when contact is unwanted. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services and a trusted adult.
Enforcement
Moderators may restrict discovery, hide content, suspend accounts, preserve necessary audit evidence, and refer urgent safety matters for further action. Material actions require a reason and are recorded.
